ITS 37200 — Systems Administration and Management

Topics include:  workstations, servers, services, data centers, disaster recovery, security policy, distributed system administration, helpdesks, file system analysis, performance analysis, debugging, upgrades, namespaces, Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP), system maintenance management, email and printing services, system backup, remote access, IT support, scripting with Bash and Python for system management.
